Product Description
The NYB high efficiency plate hermetic filter is a high-efficient, energy-saving and hermetically operated fine filter equipment. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, painting, foodstuff, pharmaceutical and many other industries.
The filter is composed of shell, filtration plate, cover, and automatic dump device. The filtration plate is made of many layers of stainless steel filtration materials, and they are installed on the central liquid collection pipe, so it can be dismantled for cleaning very conveniently.

Filter Leaf for 30D09 (NYB-12 Example)
To obtain 12 sqm filtration area, the filter is executed with 11 filter leaves.
- Leaves surrounded by heavy box channel 1.8 mm material 316L
- Topside of leaf with reinforcement and one vibrator fork per leaf (material SS 316)
- Leaf bottom with outlet nozzle with "O"ring seal (material nozzle SS 316 and Viton rubber "O"ring)
Butterfly Valve (NYB-12 Example)
At the bottom of the filter a DN 400 butterfly valve WAFER TYPE for dry cake discharge.
